Treatise on Power Sources

My life became strange when magical scrolls began to appear around me!  Why is this happening?  Will more scrolls appear?  Nobody knows!

This treatise mentions a book found in the Winx 4kids Alfea Library and was slightly inspired by the book I Want to Be a Fairy.  This book is highly recommended for all Earth fairies.  (and I stole the name 'synergy' from it.)
