ToC- game book rewrite

So making a "deluxe edition" I had to have a book, and a book with writing in it is better than one without, so I took a few days and doodled the game manual into something a little more "from an in-universe perspective" with a few new ideas. It's probably not the best possible rewrite, it's a bit scattered and not so well written but... eh, you guys can steal my ideas and improve on them, anyway!

All ideas, wording, heck, the whole file, is free for any fellow fan who wants to use it for anything.
